Email (Tab)

Select the event when an e-mail should be sent: Errors only, Errors and Warnings or Any Changes

Via the Test... button you can send a test e-mail with the defined settings.

Mail General (Tab)

Sender Email Address

E-mail address of the sender.

Sender Name

Name of the sender.

Recipients Email Address

Additional recipient addresses.

Email Importance

Select the e-mail priority: Status depending, Low, Normal or High

Email Parameter

Select the e-mail language: English, German, French-Canadian or Japanese

Mail Message (Tab)

Subject

Subject of the mail.

Message

E-mail message.

Variables...

Displays the e-mail variables.

Reset...

If you click the Reset button, the changes you have made are undone and the settings revert to default.

Primary SMTP Server (Tab)

SMTP Server

IP address of the SMTP server.

Port

Port number of the SMTP server.

Authentification

Select whether authentification is necessary for sending e-mails.

None

No authentification is used.

SMTP Auth (RFC 2554)

Authentification is used. You have to enter the user ID, the password, and confirm the password.

User Name

User ID for logging on the mail server.

Password/Confirm Password

Password for logging on to the mail server.

Secondary SMTP Server (Tab)

The secondary SMTP server will be used when sending an e-mail to the primary SMTP Server has failed.
